What's the difference between the 1, 2, and 4 week meal plan subscriptions?"For the 1-week subscription, you will be billed every week. For the 2-week subscription, you will be billed every two weeks and for the 4-week subscription you will be billed monthly. When purchasing a 2-week or 4-week plan you will save up to 5% on every meal! Please note that for all subscriptions (except the Meat Free plans), you have the option to upgrade to a larger portion meal for an addition cost.

When will my meals be ready?Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Wednesday, will be available for pickup or delivery on the upcoming Sunday. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Saturday will be available for pickup or delivery on the upcoming Wednesday. Please note that our delivery window for Sunday & Wednesday is between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note that our pickup window for Sunday orders are 12pm to 5pm & for Wednesday orders, 12pm to 7pm EST. Please note that at times, we may need to change and modify your delivery/pick up times without notice.

What time will my meals be delivered?Deliveries are completed every Wednesday and Sunday only. Please refer to your confirmation email for the date of your pick-up/delivery. Your delivery can arrive any time between 9AM to 6:00PM on our two delivery days. We cannot provide an exact delivery window at the time you place your order. You will receive a text notification 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery with a 2-hour delivery window update. This is our best guess as when to expect your meals to arrive. All deliveries are done Contact-free. On the day of delivery, you will receive a second text notification when your delivery is approx. 30 minutes away. You will then receive a third text notification when your contact free delivery was completed. You will have 3 hours to retrieve your order and to place your meals in your fridge. Please note that Eclectic Culinarian LLC may from time to time update your delivery date and/or time without notice. Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number to receive text/SMS notifications and updates about your delivery. Please ensure a correct mobile number is provided as we are not responsible for failed deliveries or notifications due to incorrect mobile numbers. HOW IT WORKS: 1. You will receive a text/SMS notification 24-48 hours before your delivery informing you of your 2-hour delivery window. 2. Meals are packaged in our new recyclable boxes with a protective liner which keeps your meals safe for up to 3 hours at your door from delivery. 3. On delivery day, your will receive a 30-minute pre-arrival text/SMS letting you know that your order is close by. 4. When our driver arrives at your address, they will leave the meals at your door with contact free delivery. 5. The driver will take a photo of your delivery which will be stored on our delivery portal. 6. You will receive a final text/SMS notification letting you know that your delivery is complete. 7. Retrieve your meals and put them in your fridge within 3-hours of delivery. Please note if you live in an apartment, to provide us a buzzer or access number to gain entrance to your unit or mail/parcel room. Please provide any instructions in your delivery note section that will assist us in completing a successful, contact free delivery. If for any reason a successful contact free delivery cannot be made, your meals will be brought back to our location for pick up.

What if no one is home?Food Safety is our top priority. We use a recyclable box with a special insulation liner, and ice packs, which will keep your meals safe for up to 3 hours after delivery. If you are concerned about your meals being left at your door, please notify us before our order cut off times, and we can keep your meals at our location for pick up. If you are in an apartment building and driver cannot reach you or get access to your apartment, they will wait for 5 minutes, and then your order will be returned to our location for pick up. There will be a re-stocking fee equivalent to your original delivery fee.

Are your meals frozen?Our meals are fresh, never frozen, and hand-delivered the same day they are made. Meals last 3-4 days in the fridge from when you receive them. Each meal will have a freeze by date as well.

I'm picking up. When will my meals be ready?Meals will be ready for pick up on Wednesdays from 12:00PM to 7:00PM and Sundays from 12:00PM to 5:00PM.

What's your service area?We deliver to most zip codes in the Metro Detroit Area including Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. We may service some outlying areas so feel free to email us if you have any questions. Additional delivery fees apply.

Where can I find the menu and nutritional information?Our menu changes weekly. You can find this information on our home page. Click the “View Menu” button at the top of the Home Page. Then select one of the order dates to see the menu available for that date. Click any meal description to find out the nutritional information. Nutrition facts will also be located on the meal containers when they are delivered.

What's the difference between meal packs and meal plans?Meal Packs are a one-time purchase, whereas Meal Plans are a recurring subscription. Meal Plans will be auto-renewed until you tell us to stop. If you are on an auto-renewal plan and decide to stop it, your subscription will be completed and not auto-renewed. Some cancelation requirements apply.

Can I choose my own meals?Yes! If you purchase a Meal Pack you will asked to select your meals upon checkout. If you are on a subscription Meal Plan you can select your meals for each day in your billing cycle by going to the Meal Selection tab in your account page. You can only select meals for the days that have been paid for or your subscription period. When your plan auto-renews you can select your new week’s menu items. If you do not select your meals by the order cut off time (Wednesdays at 3:00pm for Sunday orders and Sunday at 3:00pm for Wednesday orders) then we will select your meals for you using your dietary restrictions and preferences. Please ensure they are up to date in your My Profile tab. If you fail to select your own meals and are not satisfied with the meals we selected, no refunds will be offered.

How many meals will I receive?As you process your online Meal plan order, you will have the option to choose the number of meals that you would like to receive. For Meal Packs you can select 6, 8, 10 and 12 meals to be delivered at one time for one delivery only. You can also order multiple meal packs. For Meal Plans, you can select meals for 5, 6 or 7 days out of the week and then select 1 to 4 entrees per day. You can also add in extra meals such as breakfast or meals from other meal plan types in addition to your required meals.

What about food allergies?You can list your food “dislikes” and any serious allergies in your profile section. Meals that do not comply with your dietary restrictions will not be included in your meal selection. We cannot always accommodate all dietary dislikes /preferences, but we will try our best.
